Berkeley Plumbing & Heating is a (fourth generation) family owned business which has been in operation since 1906. We are a Signatory Contractor and affiliated with U.A. Local 342 and U.A. Local 159.
We have a Retail Store, a Service & Repair Department and a Contracting Department. Our Contracting Department specializes in remodel work along with some new construction. We work mainly in Alameda County and Contra Costa County.
We currently have 18 plumbers on staff, all have fully licensed and insured company trucks complete with all necessary plumbing tools.
Our bonding rate is 1.5 %with a $500,000.00 limit. We hold all required Liability and Worker's Compensation Insurance.
